Join us Friday 30th January 1pm-3:30pm at the New Plymouth Sportfishing Club, 45 Ocean View Parade.
Young anglers will learn knot tying, rig making and casting, with practical tips from Nicky.
We'll cover water safety, how to check the weather and simple ways to care for our ocean.
Fun, hands-on and confidence-building, perfect for beginners and budding fishers alike.
Parents are welcome to accompany their kids or drop them off.
This is a hands on workshop but we won’t be fishing on the day.
